LUNCH! I’m still so proud of myself for finding something I can look forward to making at home. I am not a cook but even if I were, I have no kitchen, just a mini fridge and a microwave.

And yes I use paper plates. I hate doing dishes, especially without a dishwasher. Plus I always figured I’d wait to enjoy the finer things in life until I was married much later.

Although after How I Met Your Mother last night I’m thinking paper plates for life.
