Rosemary & olive oil Triscuits, dipped in real olive oil and balsamic vinager, with sliced tomato and turkey deli meat.

Update: Even better was the tomatos salted and peppered then marinated in the olive oil/bals vinegar on a triscuit with dijon mustard and turkey. Mmm mm.

I think I might end up in Orlando, so I’ll be “near disney” too! :)

Although I wouldn’t mind a getaway cottage in the mountains somewhere.
